• Local Storage: All employee records, client information, job/project details, attendance logs, payrolls, payment history, and leave records created in the app are stored strictly on your local device storage. We do not transfer or store your personal business data on external servers.
• Backup and Reports: Backup files (JSON) and PDF reports created in the app remain strictly under your control.

3. App Permissions

• Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA): Used solely for scanning employee QR codes to record check-in/check-out logs. No photos or videos are stored or transmitted.
• Internet Permission (android.permission.INTERNET): Required to serve ads via Google AdMob and process support purchases via Google Play Billing.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates official Google services:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): May process anonymous device identifiers for ad serving and analytics. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Play Billing: Handles secure in-app support payments.

5. Data Deletion

Since all data is saved locally on your device, clearing app data via Android settings or uninstalling the app permanently deletes all your stored records.
